Because we only succeed when planning is granted, our interests are aligned with yours: the more value we create, the more you receive. From our base in East Dulwich, London, we work on sites across the UK, and landowners deal directly with the decision-makers throughout.
How it works
Option agreement
We agree an option to buy your site, giving us the right to purchase once planning permission is secured. You keep ownership in the meantime.
We fund planning
We pay for the surveys, consultants and application, and lead the process with the council and local community at our own cost and risk.
Shared upside
With permission granted, the site is worth significantly more. We share that uplift with you, so you benefit directly from the value created.
